This Electric Monitoring System is the system for 'Electric Probation' that some countries are enforcing. Electric Monitoring as a type of probation is the system to monitor criminals all the time using electric devices. As a substitute of custody, minor offenders, parolees, juveniles, and the reprieves live a place of residence or a setting place instead of serving in a correctional institution.
EMRU (Electronic Monitoring RF unit) reports to the Monitor Station immediately if there is any change of the use who puts on Transmitter. A monitoring agent in the monitor station checks the state of the user by calling to him first to find out whether there is a violation of regulations. If there is user, a user informs that he is in the designated place by pushing the button on Transmitter, which the user is carrying.
Also, EMRU can be upgraded to attach an alcohol sensor as an option. If a user puts aside or breaks the HMU, the EMRU sends the information about it to the Central station automatically.
This EMRU is equipped with a backup battery to work for 24 hours for preventing the device from stopping due to electricity failure. Also, it has programs to apply to 1024 cases and a phone to communicate with the monitor station.
